Marc by Marc Jacobs S/S ’12 Sneaker Wedges

The women’s sneaker direction has transitioned from the locker room to the runway.

It’s clear which athleticism is a pass direction this year with high-fashion. This sporty turn is as important with an appearance of a haute sneaker; a likes of Chanel, Christian Louboutin and Isabel Marant to name a few channeled their “Just Do It” spirit, forgetful up covetable kicks with crowd heels, python prints, studs as good as bullion tanned hide trim.

Sneaker Trend: High tops

It’s high-top sky this season. Take Marc by Marc Jacobs  tri-coloured chronicle or Lanvin’s take which have a girly hold with a packet toe cap. Pierre Hardy showcased bold, charming styles which were tangible as “astro-sport.” Far reduction flashy, Chloé expelled a suede as good as tanned hide model, which contrasted Chris Benz’s charming offerings. Giuseppe Zanotti’s tall tops were abundant with zippers, Miu Miu’s jeweled cap-toe to Isabel Marant (pic below) chronicle sharp black tanned hide whilst put her cold girl turn upon colour-blocked suede varieties with a built-in wedge.

Sneaker trend: Printed

Prints have been large headlines for open as good as they’ve trickled down to toes too, looming upon all from slip-on trainers to adorned high-tops. While we competence design girly gingham as good as floral prints to accoutre open shoes, it was essentially some-more fashion-forward prints autocratic attention. For instance, Dioniso’s luxe chronicle featured lead python imitation as good as Giuseppe Zanotti played with lizard print.(pic below)

Sneaker trend: Low-top. The low-top aka “Trainers” is a great option for your super casual look that goes well with shorts, skirts, capri’s, cargo pant, etc but still want that “wow” factor.
