SPORTS SAVVY was created out of the need to bridge the influential and cultural-impact gap that Sports and Fashion creates.

SPORTS SAVVY author, Malcolm Phipps is an avid sports fan who also happens to be an elite fashion stylist/image director, brand identity/implementation/placement producer with expertise in marketing, sales and public relations.

Malcolm Phipps has over a decade of experience in fashion styling, marketing, advertising, brand positioning, and public relations, as well as an extensive background within the wholesale and retail realms of the fashion industry.

His professional resume includes lead creative design on projects, such as the creation and successful execution of dress shirts made exclusively for Vogue’s US Editor-at-Large, Andre Leon Talley to wear on his A.L.T.: A Memoir Book Tour as well as the co-design of 6 pieces for CFDA fashion designer B. Michael.

Phipps’ impressive array of notable accomplishments also includes the securing of two successful watch collaborations with New York fashion design company NOOKA, an Ecko/G Unit ‘Rim’ co-branded project with LA based company Lexani Wheels, as well as brand placements with influencers & celebrities such as…
